Built for More Than Childhood Memories

Welcome to Licking County Treehouse Co. — formerly Welsh Hills Sawmilling and Building Company.

We specialize in handcrafted treehouses built from our own rough sawn and kiln-dried lumber, combining authentic craftsmanship with one-of-a-kind design.

From our pre-designed treehouse models, to fully custom luxury builds, we create spaces that are made for more than just kids — backyard escapes, weekend gathering spots, work-from-home retreats, happy hours in the trees, and unforgettable family memories.

Whether you want a simple play space or a fully finished treehouse with insulation and electricity, we build treehouses designed to last and experiences you’ll never outgrow.
